Working with Chris changed everything. I didn't get the first house I put a contract on, but he had strategy and reached out to the seller for feedback. He communicated with me, so that I never had to wonder or guess what was going on. Once I put a contract on a house, Chris managed everything. I highly recommend Chris and the Joel Nelson group to be your real estate agent/group. When and if I decide to sell, I'd use them for that transaction also.
