I had the opportunity to contract with the Joel Nelson Group on the sale of a Estate Condo in Washington DC. I had an incredible experience on many levels including:
1) The condo was in terrible shape and had not been renovated in 45 years. Joel and his construction team completely upgraded the condo in 2 weeks and included floor refinish. plaster repair, painting floor refinish and upgraded to the Kitchen and bathroom. He also completed the renovation under budget.
2) The market has been very soft since last year and even though the efficiency market is particularly soft he keep pushing for more interest and showings over a several month period.
3) His team keep me informed during the sales process and I never felt that the condo would not sell.
4) Once the sale was complete at the asking price the team managed the entire closing process perfectly without any opportunity for change.
I could not have been happier with the Joel Nelson Team and would give them a mark of A++.
