If I could give Joel and Team 6 Stars I would. From the start Joel was helpful, knowledgeable and ready to answer questions (I tend to have several). After living in our home for 15+ years we knew it needed some freshening up. Joel quickly put together and executed a plan that made our home come alive in far less time and with a very reasonable budget. He was there with us providing updates and advice through a tough market (Int rates stuck above 6%, govt shutdowns, general uncertainty). Throw on top of that a complicated transaction due to a mortgage assumption process that required a lot of buyer education. I could not be more pleased. Joel has become the standard I want all advisors and service providers I use to live up to. Thank you Joel Nelson Group!
