I am a repeat customer of the Joel Nelson Group(JNG) and cannot say enough great things about Joel and his team. JNG helped me with the sale of 2 and purchase of 1 house on the Hill. I put my trust in JNG and I am so glad I did. Moving and selling a house is overwhelming and stressful, especially when you have small kids in the mix. Joel and his team went above and beyond looking for ways they could help make the process easier for us. I really appreciated how patient and flexible the team was with us. Shout out to Sean and Thonya for the amazing job staging the house and getting it ready to list. It was clear that they listened to us and helped devise an effective and very successful strategy to sell our house. Cannot thank you guys enough for being quick to answer all our questions. Joel and Sean were so very patient and understanding of the limitations scheduling things around family etc. I could really go on and on. It is a bonkers market, Joel and his team know their stuff and were an absolute pleasure to work with.
