Joel and his team were amazing! They sold our home in an incredibly difficult market. There was constant movement through scheduled open houses as well as private showings organized with Joel's amazing contacts. When it was time to close, he worked over time to help us close in less than a month. This included managing last minute repairs while we were no longer local so that the house could close by the desired date.
