Joel Nelson and his group did a wonderful job in getting our house ready to be sold. They took care of all the unwanted junk that we left behind. They fixed the home space with patching and painting, and then staged it in a most attractive way, that featured the qualities of the space rather than our family furniture.
Joel and his team were professional throughout and kept us informed about the process, especially after we had moved out of the city. They managed to secure a buyer by the end of the second weekly open house and had a couple of social media nibbles even before the first open house. This is in a market that we have heard is more challenging for sellers than a year ago.
