For anyone looking to sell a property, I highly recommend the Joel Nelson Group. They just sold our home on Capital Hill and the entire process was highly professional with excellent results. Joel explained clearly what we could expect, and—before asking us to sign an agreement, provided a projected timeline and written estimate of the bottom-line net sales proceeds under various scenarios that took account of commissions, closing costs, and the cost of various proposed pre-sale upgrades. These early estimates ended up being surprisingly accurate, a reflection of just how well Joel and his group understand marketing in general and our housing market in particular.

In addition, the entire process was surprisingly hassle-free. Basically, it was up to us to move out, and they took care of everything else: arranging for repairs & improvements, donating/recycling/trashing what we left behind, cleaning, staging, showing, selling.

In all, the services provided and the results obtained by the Joel Nelson Group were exceptional, and the whole process was far smoother than I had experienced with my three previous house sales.
