Our first-ever JNG Spring Cleaning Event was a great success! Our neighbors were so eager to clean out their homes that the 123JUNK truck filled up in just 2 hours!

Take bulk, trash and recycling items to the Fort Totten Transfer Station, 4900 John McCormack Rd NE.
Hours (posted at dpw.dc.gov as of 3/19/2024):
** Solid Waste Disposal Drop-off
Tues – Fri: 10 am – 2 pm
Sat: 7 am – 2 pm
* You must show proof of DC Residency (e.g. DC Driver’s License)
** YARD WASTE pick-up is by appointment only
Call 3-1-1 or visit 311.dc.gov to schedule a yard waste pick up!
** Household Hazardous Waste/Electronic Recycling/Document Shredding including old PAINT!
The next drop-off is Thursday, June 27th from 10am to 2pm @ Anacostia Skate Park
