We trusted the Joel Nelson Group with the sale of our most important asset after hearing that they were one of the best in town and, certainly, the best in the Capitol Hill area. I can definitely attest that it wasn't hype, this team is for real. Their understanding of the market, their approach to presenting the property from/on all angles, their professionalism and thoroughness when it comes to communications, documentations and troubleshooting are all fantastic. Most impressive is their divide and conquer deployment of their team, each has a responsibility to focus on but able to augment the others in their team when needed.
